Pay and benefits
- $29.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
- $1,000 signing bonus after 6 months
- $500 referral fee for any hire who joins and stays 6 months
- 401k plan

- Full-time, on-site, with long-standing staff
The role
- Lead and supervise on-site install crews
- Install heating and cooling systems and troubleshoot complex installs
- Keep work to company and industry quality standards
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Work with team members across job sites
What you'll need
- At least 2 years in HVAC replacements, new construction and system maintenance
- Proven ability to lead teams and run a crew on site
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving
- Organized, with good communication
- Valid driver's license
